Where are we ?
Our self catering accommodation business name , Waterkloof Self Catering Apartment , is part of Rossini's Guest House and related to one of Italy’s famous opera composers - Gioacchino Rossini. Gioacchino Rossini was born in Pesaro a small town in Italy. One of the most famous operas is Il barbiere di Siviglia. He once remarked: “Give me a shopping list, and I’ll set it to music”.
Self Catering Accommodation
Our Apartment is situated in Waterkloof, Pretoria. Our house resembles the charm and elegance of traditional Italy. The architectural design of the house, the marble floor inlays and the gardens outlay all resemble an Italian style.
We are located among Embassies and close to Brooklyn and Menlyn business centre. The Apartment is rented mostly by Embassies for one week or more ; one to three months or up to two years.
The Apartment is like a complete house , fully furbished and we also supply linen ; cutlery and services. The location is very quite and private.
The Apartment has its own private garage and main entrance , own alarm system ; own automatic garages and small patio. Our rooms are spacious with queen size beds. All furniture has been carefully selected and hand made from solid Rose or Mahogany wood. The main bedroom has 6 meter cupboards and equipped with an aircon system. The main bedroom also has a small balcony. The second bedroom has a smaller cupboard but still more than enough space for all your needs. Granite finishes in all 3 bathrooms.
The lounge , TV room is alo spacious with 6 seater dining table ; 2 lounge areas and DStv.
We also cater for Businessmen and leisure travellers who need a private , quiet , stylish and comfortable base to do business in Pretoria and surroundings.
Competitors of the Unisa International Piano and Violin Competitions usually make use of our facilities as well.
We are only 3km from Loftus Versfeld Stadium where regular international sport events take place.
The Virgin Active Gym is 3km away ; and the University of Pretoria 2km away.
Private Hospitals are near by : Little Company of Mary (4km) ; Jacaranda Hospital (6km); Kloof Hospital (7km)
